Participants registered for the event can submit their abstracts for oral presentation. The submission is open from the 21st of June to the 21st of September.
A scientific committee will select 12 abstracts (approved submission) to be presented as oral communications during the event. Each presentation will last 15 min, following an extra 5 min for questions from the audience. The committee will also select some abstracts to be published as offline presentations in the youtube channel of the event. Approved abstracts that were not selected for oral presentation, will also be published in the proceedings of the event.
Abstracts for submission should be in Portuguese or English, containing title, author’s name and affiliations and body of the text of the abstract, keywords, and acknowledgments. The template contains instructions for writing the summary can be found here. The abstract + keywords + acknowledgments must not exceed 2000 characters.
Abstracts must be submitted online, only when the author has registered for the event and received his registration number (order number).
